Insofy for business gives a business a page that search engines and AI assistants can read, answers its calls with the owner's own questions, and can book a visit. Phone answering starts after a business is approved. The owner sets it up by chat.
Inductive Solution makes Insofy.
Insofy gives small businesses a front door that answers their enquiries and can book the visit. It gives people Aura by Insofy, an assistant that makes their calls.
Two products, one maker
Aura by Insofy is a personal assistant that makes the phone calls you put off. Say what you need; Aura checks your calendar, asks you first, calls, and reports back.
How we build
Inductive Solution builds software agents that follow a business's own rules.
- A business tells Insofy its questions, its services and the work it declines, in plain words.
- The assistant on the phone follows those rules: it asks the owner's questions, declines what the owner declines, and gives no advice of its own.
- We build the machinery once, and each business sets its own rules by chat.
